The Dumbest Thing I've Read About This Week (Non-Political Edition)

For Sale: 3,700-square-foot lakefront party house with no oven, no closets, a TV in every room, and an honest-to-goodness "throne." (Nice looking living room, I must say.) Asking price: $735,000. But it will need anywhere from 25 to 35 grand in upgrades. Any suckers, er... takers?
