He had a caller say that to him within the last couple of days (not sure when I last listened). Hugh seemed rather taken aback by the idea. It's just there for shock value.

I don't get to listen to Hugh as much as I used to. But the post to which I linked is, I think most would agree, absurd. U.S. politics is, mercifully, not "24." Or regretably. I don't know which. But, in any event, Hugh cannot be serious. I blame it on the hallucinagens. Or Duane. Or the hallucinagens, Duane, and a conspiracy involving the swine at Fraters Libertas.
