Our Phoenix area readers must MUST come experience Seth Horan. Don't check out his website, MySpace, or YouTube. Don't listen to some lo-fi recorded version of what this guy does. Just come see it. I can guarantee you've never seen anything like this solo bass playing singer/songwriter.
"He plays solo bass guitar like Victor Wooten, sings songs like John Mayer and Ani DiFranco, and performs with the intensity of Martin Sexton. He's a freak of nature, and he's phenomenal." - Ocean City Beachcomber

Posted by: Alex at August 14, 2007 02:34 AMBecause Monkey Brad is one of those audiosnobs who thinks that MP3 is just a plot to continue to break down our precious musical heritage, begun by CDs, and the only proper way to listen to music is either live or through and elaborate stereo system with individual amplifiers driving each cone in every speaker and every connector is made of solid gold.
Or so I suspect.
Either that, or in rare occasions music may be played NO MORE THAN ONCE on 180-gram audiophile-grade virgin vinyl using a belt-drive turntable with a stylus surgically implanted into your finger.
Oh, wait - that's my hang-up, not Brad's. My bad.
